Shipping Rates & Policies

We strive to ship your products to you as quickly as possible. This means 1-2 days to process your order during times of normal order volume. During busy times such as a new release or sale, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be shipped. Please see our Store Policies page for more details on order processing.

Shipping charges are determined by order value and are as follows (NOTE: Gift cards do not count towards Free Shipping):

For orders within the US

  • For orders up to $35.00, Shipping is $4.00
  • For orders $35.01-$99.99, Shipping is $6.00
  • For orders $100.00 and up, Shipping is FREE!*

*Please note that when free shipping is selected, your package is sent by the most economical method, chosen at our discretion. For orders under one pound, this is USPS First Class Package service. Orders over a pound are typically sent USPS Priority, but in some instances the most economical method may be UPS Ground. 


For orders to CANADA
  • Orders up to $50.00, shipping is $14.00
  • For orders $50.01 and up, shipping is $18.00

Orders shipping to Canada are shipped via USPS First Class International for orders valued under $400 USD. Orders over $400 USD are shipped via USPS Priority International. 

Other International Locations - We have reinstated our USPS shipping option for international orders, with the exception of New Zealand, which is still under a USPS suspension.

Please read our international shipping policies carefully. If choosing the USPS method of shipping, please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery.

 

For orders to the EU:

  • Orders up to $50:  USPS First Class International for $18.00
  • Orders $50.01-$400: USPS First Class International for $30.00
  • Orders over $200 also have the option of shipping via UPS for $40*
  • Orders over $400: UPS for $40* 
  • *UPS rates are estimated. Please note that the stated fee covers the majority of locations, but in rare instances we may need to reach out for alternative shipping method or additional fees due to rate variances if the UPS option is selected at checkout.  

 

For orders to the UK:

  • All orders ship UPS or DHL at our discretion
  • shipping is $40* estimated (please note that this fee covers the majority of locations, but in rare instances we may need to reach out for alternative shipping method due to rate variances)
  • Please note that due to the recent changes in UK tax rules post Brexit, we have an order minimum of $200 USD for all orders shipping the UK

 

For orders to Australia and other non-EU countries:

  • Orders up to $50: USPS First Class International for $18.00 or UPS for $40*
  • Orders $50.01-$400: USPS First Class International for $30.00 or UPS for $40*
  • Orders over $400: UPS for $40*
  • *UPS rates are estimated. Please note that the stated fee covers the majority of locations, but in rare instances we may need to reach out for alternative shipping method or additional fees due to rate variances if the UPS option is selected at checkout. 

 

For orders to New Zealand

  • Due to the suspension of USPS services to NZ, all orders ship via UPS or DHL at our discretion
  • Shipping is $40* estimated (please note that this covers the majority of locations, but in rare instances we may need to reach out for alternative shipping method or additional fees due to rate variances)
  • no order minimum 

 

Things to note for international orders:

  • For International orders, you are responsible for paying any duties or taxes that may be incurred as your package travels through customs. We do not charge tax on international orders at the time of sale.
  • Your package will be marked with the proper customs documents with the actual value of the goods. We will not mark international orders as "gift" or reduce the stated value.
  • If an international order is returned to us due to non-payment of duties, or failure to pick up from customs, the amount of the original order will be refunded upon arrival at our facility, minus the actual cost of shipping the order, along with any fees or duties that are required to be payed in order to release the package.

Shipping FAQs

My order says it was delivered but I haven't received it. What should I do?

  • Your best course of action is to call your local post office to let them know that you are missing your package. Have your tracking number handy, and request that they check the gps information as to where your package was delivered. This can help them track it down if it was delivered at a location other than your mailbox/home. You may also want to check with any neighbors or family members that may have received it. You can also send an email to customerservice@thegreetery.com to let us know. Although our ability to assist in this situation is limited, we're happy to help by verifying address and label information. The good news is, most of these packages show up in a day or two. We do not reship or refund orders that are marked as delivered. 

 

My package is delayed, can you help?

    • Unfortunately, delays happen from time to time that are outside of our control. We do not have access to any additional tracking information outside of what is displayed on the carrier's tracking page. Domestic orders that have not been delivered within 30 days of shipment (and have no recent tracking updates) are considered lost and will be reshipped. Please email customerservice@thegreetery.com for a replacement. International orders are considered lost after 60 days.
